Rates:
Fee for service is $120/session for those who do not have insurance. The length of a session is 50 to 60 minutes.
Insurance
Melissa Hampton, MA, LPC accepts United Health Care, Blue Cross Blue Shield (Anthem) and Medicaid. Cash or Credit Cards.
Sheilan Cook-Cornman, MA, LPC, accepts Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (Anthem), Cigna, Healthlink, and United Health Care. Sheilan also works with some EAP Services (Compsych, Personal Assistance Services, Health Associates, Optum EAP, Anthem EAP). Cash or Credit Cards
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis for those who do not have insurance and are in financial need.
Payment

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Note: not all therapist provide a courtesy text the day prior to your appointment. It is the Clients responsibility to remember the appointment and make contact with their therapist if they are unable to keep the appointment as scheduled, at least 24 hours prior to their appointment.
